Every business should function as a well-oiled machine.  Ask any of the 33 drivers who participated in the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 this past weekend how they made it through the month of May and they will point you in the direction of their garages and team warehouses.  The business world and racing world share many parallels, and Alexander Rossi will agree that personnel, resources, and trust played major roles on his way to victory lane.
