2024: Lindsey Zajac Becomes Owner & CEO

“With a strong team in place including three tenured and two new employees, I am excited to continue the great work that CPIBN does for the WNY community. In addition to excellent career transition services, my focus will be to highlight our service offerings in the leadership development, succession planning and talent acquisition space.” Lindsey says. “Since the pandemic, we have all witnessed great changes to the labor market. From the Great Resignation to 10,000 Baby Boomers retiring each day, the war for talent has never been greater. There are tremendous opportunities to recruit, train and develop mid to senior-level employees looking to grow their careers. My talented team and I are excited to prepare future leaders and local companies for 2024 and beyond.”

Our Founder: Bob Caldwell

We recognize the profound vision and the tenacity of Bob as he pioneered the outplacement business in Western New York.  In 1986, after finishing his tenure at Bethlehem Steel as the HR Superintendent, Bob found himself in a career transition and launched RW Caldwell Associates (later re-named as Career Partners International Buffalo | Niagara).  Under his leadership, Bob grew the business and joined Career Partners International which enabled the consulting firm to deliver transition services throughout the world.  We sincerely thank Bob for building a solid foundation to continue his work.
