Roberta has over 20 years’ experience in Talent Assessment and Leadership Development working with senior and mid-level managers within the banking, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.
Roberta’s coaching style is one that challenges the individual to do an honest selfassessment and identify what’s working and what isn’t. She believes that in order for positive change to occur, the individual needs to take responsibility for where they are and be held accountable for making positive changes going forward. She is very strategic and action-oriented, and her feedback is direct but nonthreatening. Her focus is on helping the client to shift their perspective in order to approach the problem and solution from a different angle.
Roberta has over 20 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development, and coaching. Previous experience includes Vice President for M&T Bank where she worked with senior and mid-level managers acting as a trusted advisor and coach on enhancing individual and team performance and developing high potential talent across the organization. In addition to banking, she has experience working in the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
