MaryEllen offers 20 years’ experience in Talent Management and Assessment, and a broad background in the Human Resources profession. She provides full search services to both corporate and non-profit organizations across all job functions.
MaryEllen’s experience includes local, national, and international search assignments. She attributes her success to her ability to use creative and proactive methods to fill jobs quickly, saving her clients both time and money. Her focus in on identifying candidates that are both the right job and cultural fit for her clients. She brings a positive energy and enthusiasm to all of her recruiting projects, from the most senior level management position to the most junior.

Before working at CPIBN, MaryEllen owned and operated an employment agency, and worked as an executive recruiter for both M & T Bank and Delaware North Companies. She has also been involved in leadership and volunteer roles in several local non-profit organizations, and she is currently an active member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) and the National Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
