Our client, North Forest Office Space (NFOS), a vertically integrated real estate development company that develops, builds, leases and manages single-story professional, medical and dental office space, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. With headquarters in Buffalo and offices in Rochester-NY, Austin-TX, Dallas/Fort Worth-TX and Denver-CO, their vision is to make the leasing experience simple for their customers. Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Manager will be a member of the executive team and will lead the day to day strategic HR responsibilities for North Forest Development.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and innovative leader, and have the ability to act as a business partner while planning, organizing and directing all human resources department and programs. Required competencies include: business acumen, ethical conduct, decision making, self-direction, presentation skills, diplomacy, communications proficiency, strategic/analytical thinking, and teamwork and cooperation.

A Bachelor’s degree is required with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MBA a plus. A minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role is also required. PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification are preferred, and OSHA 10-hour General Industry Certification is a plus. The salary range is $85,000. – $115,000.
