Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer and agent accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate will be a team player with a demonstrated ability to connect with people.
  • Required competencies include: ability to work independently, analytical thinker, action orientated, good communication skills, reliability and consistency, follow through and a sense of humor.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but will train for the right person. Competitive salary with a full benefit package for the right candidates.
